Each soft bristle hairbrush is made of goat hair, ideal for promoting healthy hair growth and stimulating blood flow to the scalp without pulling or damaging your baby's delicate hair. 
 
❖ Size and Brush Coverage:
* Small Baby Brush (15 x 4 cm): Best for newborns for up to around 18 months, gentle for delicate baby hair, very fine and sparse hair, and a lovely keepsake or travel brush.
* Large Baby Brush (18 x 5 cm): Better suited for toddlers with more hair aged 1-3 years, with a wider brush surface for smooth, gentle everyday grooming.
 
❖ Design
Unless requested otherwise, the name item will be placed in the middle centre of the hairbrush. The design and personalisation are painted so that they read along the main length of the brush, with the handle positioned to the left.
Where relevant, we will confirm all personalised texts with you, including spelling, grammar, and layout of your personalisation items.
 
❖ Care and Content 
For longevity, keep your bristles clean and conditioned between uses. We always recommend using your fingertips to gently move the bristles to free up excess dust. 
 
For a deep clean, hand wash the ends of the bristles with lukewarm water and mild baby wash detergent to remove any dirt, oils, and stains. Gently squeeze out any excess water and dry the brush with the bristles facing down so that water does not seep into the wooden handle. Water in your wooden handle can eventually cause cracking and damage. 
 
It is important to select the appropriate detergent and adjust the amount used. A build-up of detergent can leave residues in the bristle fibres and cause the bristles to become stiff. DO NOT use any bleach-based cleaners to clean your brushes. 
 
❖ Personalisation 
We make all reasonable efforts to ensure all personalisation details on your hairbrush are accurate. It is the responsibility of the customer to review all information supplied to us and ensure the personalisation details are complete and correct before placing your order. Please note that all personalised orders are strictly non-refundable as we start the design process immediately.
 
❖ Custom Orders
We shall use our best efforts to accommodate bespoke order requests within reason so it doesn’t affect our other customers. We shall be under no obligation to accept a bespoke order if the scope of work exceeds our embroidery capacity. We reserve the right to reject any and all bespoke orders at our discretion. We will accommodate bespoke orders at our discretion and will not guarantee a time of delivery.
 
Please note all bespoke orders require approval and are subject to additional fees including overtime costs, materials, and/or other additional expenses incurred by us to meet the customer’s deadlines. 
 
Upon receiving your enquiry requesting a bespoke order, we shall negotiate the prices for such orders, taking into consideration our available inventory, embroidery capacity, and scope of work.
 
For bespoke orders, please allow 2 months from initial enquiry to delivery. This will allow us to create a design that is 100% your style, and allow enough time for design, embroidery, and delivery to you. If you require a quicker turnaround time, please enquire for a rush order. It is important to note that prompt responses to correspondences from us allow for quicker turnaround times.
 
❖ Returns and Refunds 
We take great care and time to ensure that your hairbrush arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your hairbrush arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please get in touch immediately. Please remember to keep the original packaging and take photographs of the damaged packaging and faulty item so that we can assess the issue and provide a prompt solution. You will be given the option of a free replacement or a refund to be issued.

We take great care and time to display our photos and designs as accurately as possible. Please note there may be slight colour variations when viewed on different monitors and devices. Each brush is crafted from natural wood, so variations in colour, grain, and small natural blemishes are to be expected and are part of its unique character. Please also note that it is normal for the soft goat bristles to shed slightly during initial use.
